Find below the procedure for getting a personalized Diet Chart from Ankit Kaushik:-

Step-1: Submit your duly filled Preliminary Diet and Consultancy(DAC) form. FILL DAC FORM
Step-2: Deposit consultation charges of INR 7500/-
Step-3: Receive a call within 24 to 48 working hrs from the core team for further updates.
Step-4: Ankit Sir will individually and personally prepare a Diet Plan for you. He will call you and explain you the Diet Chart. It generally takes 24-48 working hours to prepare a diet plan after submitting the DAC form and relevant documents and medical reports.
Step-5: Diet plan along with therapy audio recording is shared with you on your given WhatsApp Number.

Once in 15 days compulsory call session from our side with Ankit Sir for one month.
